About
Mission
Welcome to the practice of Vasiliki Giakoumatou, Clinical Psychologist.
With a collaborative and evidence-based approach, I am committed to supporting individuals as they navigate personal challenges and seek greater psychological wellbeing.
In a safe and respectful space, clients are encouraged to explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behavior with openness and self-compassion. Together, we work towards awareness, balance, and meaningful personal growth.
Method
My approach is grounded in the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based model that focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Through a collaborative process, I support individuals in identifying patterns that may hold them back and in developing more adaptive ways of thinking and responding.
The work is practical, present-focused, and tailored to each person’s needs — aiming to foster understanding, empowerment, and gradual change in everyday life.
